Do you ship internationally?

Yes, WrapEase™ ships internationally. We’re committed to delivering our premium gift-wrapping tools to customers worldwide.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
As long as your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to update your details. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.

Please note: tracking information may take a short time to update after dispatch.


Help — I think my order is lost

If your tracking link hasn’t updated or shows a delay, don’t worry — this can happen during transit.
Please allow time for tracking to refresh. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we’ll investigate the issue for you.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

  • Dispatch: Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days
    (during peak periods, dispatch may take up to 6 business days)

  • Delivery: Standard shipping typically arrives within 8–14 business days after dispatch

Please note: shipping times do not include customs or clearance delays.


What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on most products.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
